Booking and Payments
All service bookings must be made through our designated platform.
Payments must be completed before work begins.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds.
For website consultations, rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Client Responsibilities

- Adhere to agreed timelines for providing necessary content and feedback.
Intellectual Property
Music, performances, video, text content, imagery and creative assets produced or created by Kool Productions Unlimited, LLC., remains our intellectual property unless formally licensed or contracted under a signed term of agreement and full payment is received.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material provided without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kool Productions Unlimited, LLC is not liable for business losses, website downtime, or indirect damages resulting from our services.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure security and functionality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
